Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges can be made up to 10 days from the date of receipt. We have the right to refuse any item that is past 10 days from the date of purchase. If you find a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. Please report any item discrepancy within 10 days of receipt so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us on the day of receipt of the item. Returns will be accepted with photographic proof of damage.

For items that arrive damaged or are incorrectly sent, Ringo Resin will cover the cost of the return shipping. All other shipping charges are non-refundable.
